HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET TO ME?
Once your order is placed and payment is verified, there will be an in house processing time of 3-7 business days.
We ship by ePacket (EMS) and the order should arrive within 2-8 weeks, depends on your location. Tracking and secure checkout are provided for all orders. Please be patient with non US orders as they will inevitably take longer to get to you, allow 30 days before you inform our customer service team of a missing order. We will cover any issues with delivery that did not reach its destination.
* Please take in mind that processing time on busy holiday times might take up to 8 business days.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order by enter your email address and order number on our Order Tracking page.
We will also automatically notify you via email of any important tracking information.

I'VE RECEIVED ONLY ONE ITEM, BUT ORDERED TWO OR MORE
In order to avoid additional fees and local customs, sometimes items from the same order will be split into different packages.
You can track the exact number of packages on their way to you on our Order Tracking page.

CUSTOM FEES
You will need to bear the cost of any custom or import fees outside of the total price of your order from us. That being said, we mark all our orders as gifts and hence, the chance of attracting custom duties is very low.
