HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET TO ME?
Once your order is placed and payment is verified, there will be an in house processing time of 3-5 business days.
We ship by ePacket (EMS) and the order should arrive within 12-20 business days. Tracking and secure checkout are provided for all orders. Please be patient with non US orders as they will inevitably take longer to get to you, allow 25 days before you inform our customer service team of a missing order. We will cover any issues with delivery that did not reach its destination.

In order to avoid additional fees and local customs, sometimes items from the same order will be split into different packages.

I'VE RECEIVED A DIFFERENT SIZE THAN I ORDERED
The size you ordered is an accurate representation of our size chart, however, due to manufacturing measurements and worldwide sizes adjustment, we automatically ship one size larger for some regions in the world. Don't worry, just try it on. To make it clear, the larger size matches exactly to the size you choose, and only the label on the clothing is different.
You will need to bear the cost of any custom or import fees outside of the total price of your order from us. That being said, we mark all our orders as gifts and hence, the chance of attracting custom duties is very low.
