Once your order is placed and payment is verified, there will be an in house processing time of 3-5 business days.
We ship by ePacket (EMS) and the order should arrive within 12-20 business days. Tracking and secure checkout are provided for all orders. Please be patient with non US orders as they will inevitably take longer to get to you, allow 25 days before you inform our customer service team of a missing order. We will cover any issues with delivery that did not reach its destination.
* Please take in mind that processing time on busy holiday times might take up to 8 business days.
I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER, HOW CAN I DO IT?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately by filling the form below or via info@American-Horse.com. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
In order to avoid additional fees and local customs, sometimes items from the same order will be split into different packages.
You can track the exact number of packages on their way to you on our Order Tracking page.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order by enter your email address and order number on our Order Tracking page.
We will also automatically notify you via email of any important tracking information.
MY ORDER HASN`T ARRIVED ON TIME, WHAT DO I DO?
If your order has not arrived in the specified delivery time, you can track your order to see where it is located. Sometimes orders are delayed due to local customs hold ups. Please also reach out to our customer service team and we will provide you with an update.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We are manufacturing and shipping worldwide from 2 main warehouses: Hawthorne, California and our international warehouse in Asia.
Please note - customer will be responsible for any taxes, duties, levies or other governmental charges.
