What is the American Horse refund policy?
We are happy to accept returns within 60 days from when your order was shipped for in-store credit. Defective items or incorrect orders shipping costs will obviously be on our expense.
- Return items must be unworn/unwashed and in new condition - This includes visible signs of use including, deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, hair, etc. We will not process your Return for In-Store Credit if the items are not within these conditions upon receipt of the items.
Defective items or incorrect orders will be replaced simply by receiving a photo showing the relevant product and its flaw.
- In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 6 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us via info@American-Horse.com and we will issue a refund or resend your order.
- Since shipping costs are non-refundable, the buyer will be responsible for paying those fees in case of returning items.
